Terms of Service
These terms apply to services booked with D&W Detailing by phone, by text, or through dwdetails.com. Booking a service means you accept them.
Quotes and pricing
Prices on this site are starting prices. We confirm your price before we start. If the vehicle's size or condition is different from what was described, we tell you the new price before doing any work, and you can decline.
Scheduling, cancellations, and weather
To cancel or reschedule, call or text 470-454-5941 as early as you can.
If weather prevents safe or quality work, we reschedule at no charge.
Access and preparation
For mobile service we need access to the vehicle, its keys, and a safe, legal place to park and work. We bring our own water and power. Please remove valuables before we start.
Pre-existing conditions
Some problems cannot be fully corrected, such as deep scratches, permanent stains, failed clear coat, or damaged plastics. We point these out before we start when we can. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for parts that are worn or were previously repaired.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If something isn't right
If something isn't right when we finish, tell us before we leave so we can look at it together.
Text messages
By giving us your mobile number you agree to receive texts about your quote, appointment, and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
